Aluminum Frame- Seven Years

If the frame fails structurally (i.e. broken frame or welds) within seven years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the frame in the original finish and style, or in a similar finish and style if the original has been discontinued.

Paint Finish- Three Years

If the finish peels or blisters within three years from date of original purchase, we will repair, replace or refinish the frame in the original finish and style, or in a similar finish and style

Fabric- Two Years

If the fabric on a cushion or sling tears or fades excessively within two years from date of purchase, we will repair or replace the fabric in the original color and pattern, or in a similar color or pattern if the original has been discontinued.

Teak- Two Years

If the teak frame fails structurally within two years from date of purchase, we will repair or replace the frame in the original style, or in a similar style if the original has been discontinued.

Woven Wicker- Three Years

If a woven product fails structurally (i.e. broken frame, welds or resin) or if the weave unravels or fades excessively within three years from date of purchase, we will repair or replace the frame in the original finish and style, or in a similar finish and style if the original

Exclusions

Failure caused by

• Unreasonable or abusive use
• Fire
• Freight Damage·
• Acts of nature such as, but not limited to freezing or high winds
• Suntan oil or other chemicals
• Normal fading, scratching or chipping of finish
• Fading, weathering or staining or discoloration of furniture
• Unauthorized repair or modifications
• Normal wear and tear
